Rooney is by far Englands worst best player and completely ruins us and the whole set up.

Oxo-Lallana-Sterling
Sturridge

Should be the front 4, pace, creativity, hunger, power, goals, not some fat slow **** running around nicking the ball everytime and trying to run the show

lol there is no creativity in that team and none of them are proven at International level. Be lucky to get out the group with that team. Probably want Lampard starting at CM next lol.

Are you joking? Them 4 have plenty of creativity between them.

I'll give you that they are not experienced but then neither was Rooney in 2004 or Owen in 1998. In fact since Rooney gained all the experience he's been absolutely dog **** in tournaments. I'd still play him myself but people have the right to raise the question.

They would be found out very quick and Englishland would lose all the games

Goes to show we do have options in the current crop of players. Personally, I'd drop Oxo for Barkley, as Oxo would be a great impact sub. <ok>

It would appear that the Linacre/Scholes Syndrome has opened a can of worms for poor Wayne. Everyone now seems to be doubting his 'world class' credentials <whistle>

Yup. Unlike some world class players wayne does occasionally score against the top 4. Not scoring against the top 4 is the liverpool method for judging world class.

Did he score v the top 4? No. Hes world class.

Did he score against the top 4? Yes. Hes not world class.

Funny how wayne gets called a flat traci bully and isnt world class as he doesn't do it in the big games....

We he does it a whole lot more than someone else i could mention <ok>

Could you clarify, please?

Brilliant isn't it? Typical British media to do this right before a tournament, as they ALWAYS do, without fail.

Why not just let them get on with it and give Rooney stick IF he stinks the place out in the first game?

Not speculate as to whether he might two weeks before a ****ing ball is kicked.

It's beyond a joke Chief. Rooney always seems to get the brunt of it but he's not alone.
Saw a programme on BBC 3 last night - the worst England team of all time. You have to wonder why most of them bother putting the shirt on with the stick they take. I don't believe that any other country's national broadcaster would have aired something like that so close to a world cup.

You may be shocked to learn that I'd actually agree with you. If I actually gave a flying **** <laugh>

They're ****s.

Ramping up the pressure on him and the team like vultures so they can annihilate him when we inevitably fail. Like you say, nowhere else on the planet would do this.

I turned over briefly to I think it was a BBC or could be one of the ITV channels, the World Cup's fifty finest moments.

Showed Escobar scoring the own goal in 1994 which led to his death. Yeah, brilliant moment that one.

See my post on our board on this subject, where I responded to your assertion of widespread hatred should he go to RM <ok>

Some wont but many will. Tbh hes done nothing deserving of your undeniable love. When he leaves you will be in the same position you were in when he joined so hes helped take you nowhere.

Most will pretend to be gutted fir a few days and then when the dust settles they will remember they played the best football without him last season.

Going back to the world cup's greatest moments, by way of irony I guess.

In it Saint Gary of Lineker, who in actual fact is a hateful piece of ****e way too far up his own arse, admitted he was not in form and on the verge of being dropped prior to the Poland game during the 1986 world cup. He then got a hat trick.

Which begs the question, why is he calling for someone whose goals got us to the world cup in the first place to be dropped two weeks before the tournament begins on the back of a friendly?

Due to a severe ******ation on his part?!
Crux of the matter is, even if Rooney isnt on form, who do we have better to take his place if he is dropped?
The answer is no one. So he should STFU
