I do wonder about some people. It's almost like they want loads and loads of attention for saying the opposite of the majority.

Yep, he thinks Petyr's winning the Game. No chance of that IMO. He was the one who put up the bet, I was surprised.

We made the bet halfway through Season 6, before LF turned 'good' and saved Jon at the BotB.

A couple of seasons ago, LF was a good shout. But he's way out of his depth in the North. And when you have an all-knowing tree psychic who knows all of LF's secrets, and a ****-hot assassin who can disguise themselves as anyone, I think he's ****ed.

Seriously now, television companies are producing more trash tv than ever, and trash tabloids publicise them as though they are ground breaking programmes but all they really do is try to push the boundaries for sex and violence, which is ok in some contexts, but younger people become sanitised to all the violence.

The quality of TVs programmes now is terrible, it's cheap, nasty, full of celebrity people watching ****e. Our lass watched Celebrity Big Brother and like an idiot I watched the opening show, some of the women and the comments they made to the men had me shaking my head, young lasses watching that thinking it's normal to act and talk like that, well, no thanks.

I despair the way this country is going and trash tv is pushing it into the gutter.

Yeah... you compared GoT to Big Brother there, didn't you?

You claim TV has never been so trashy, which may be true, but it has also never been of such high quality either - you just need to stop looking for reality bollocks and change the channel to a good documentary or drama or thriller or period piece, of which there are dozens and dozens.

All you have to do is go on any streaming service and you can easily see that TV is not dead, it's better than it ever has been.

Most series like Game of Thrones, House of Cards or Breaking Bad et al are better made, acted and written than most big blockbuster movies.



Also worth mentioning that no right minded person watches BB anymore, there's a reason Channel 4 dropped it.

  • Gendry is in King's Landing. Let's be honest, that's where he was meant to be heading, so probably did get there, he probably stopped rowing about 2 seasons ago.

loved how they told them end of LF , it was a fitting end .... easily the best baddie on the box for a long time - you know ur doing it right when grown men squirm in their seat when you are quietly plotting - nice job

The north should be quickly overrun now auntie is wetting Jons/Aegons sausage - that bloke is a liability
