THREE Newcastle United games have been chosen for TV in December.

BT Sport will show the Magpies’ trips to Swansea City and Manchester United, with Sky Sports selecting United’s home fixture against Arsenal.

There is no change to the kick-off time or date for the clash at the Liberty Stadium on Wednesday, December 4, which starts at 7.45pm, but the match will now be broadcast live on BT Sport.

The clash at Old Trafford on Saturday, December 7, had been due to kick off at 3pm, but with BT selecting it as their Saturday lunchtime game, Alan Pardew’s side will now look horns with David Moyes team at 12.45pm.

And, finally, Newcastle’s festive home match against Arsenal has now been switched to Sunday, December 29, kicking-off at 1.30pm and shown live on Sky Sports. It had originally been scheduled to go ahead 24 hours earlier.

No consideration for the traveling fans once again.

It means a taxi into Newcastle to get the coach to the game adding more expense to supporting the team. I thought they were supposed to be working to try and make going to away games cheaper.

I'm alright with the home games but chopping and changing dates and times over the holiday period isn't in the best interest of the fans.

Surprise surprise.

The fact that our 3 night matches were against Swansea, Tottenham and Norwich when the fixtures were released is ridiculous, they could easily fix the fixture list so we play teams like Man Utd and Everton for example.
