Same team with Joelinton replacing Ramsey is probably the best we've got.
Us to win 2-0, Liverpool to beat Brentford 2-0, Mackems and Chelsea draw and we finish 8th in Europe.

To me Ramsey should now be starting over Joelinton
Joelinton should be used probably in bigger games where a more aggressive/defensive approach is needed (5-4-1) but subbed as soon as he’s booked!! Ramsay offers a lot more control. Weight of pass for Osula was excellent and he’s often looking for a killer pass.
Oh well. Being let down by Spurs at least gives us some insight into what it's like to be a Tottenham fan. In short: awful.

Is there still a chance of Conference league?
Apparently if Villa finish fifth then there's an extra CL spot???
So if there are an extra space - 9th could still be on IF:

Villa lose to City
Chelsea don lose to Sunderland
NUFC beat Fulham (and make up a three goal swing on Brentford) - we'd finish 9th and therefore qualify.

No chance of finishing 8th. The question is - if Villa finish 5th - is there a 9th spot. I looked into in this morning and I think there is.
Need a lot of results to go our way though.
I do have my doubts about the conference league - seems to have little value unless we win it, which seems a long shot - and adds a lot of matches which can either require a stronger squad or hits results elsewhere.
To be fair to Villa, they won a stronger league AND will qualify for the CL in the same season.
And (unlike some people on here) I enjoy watching Newcastle play, so more matches is good.

Think a year out of Europe may well be a blessing. We need a big overall of the squad and the PL have less rules to follow than UEFA.
