7.30 Bev Altharoos

Backed into 6/4 now, only horse in the field who has potential to be a blot on the handicap book. Course & distance winner. Sir Michael has a 62% strike-rate at the track from 13 runners.

Afternoon all.
Today's lucky 15.
Donny,3-00=Ethel.
" " " "3-35=Defendant.
Sandown,4-00=Excess Knowledge.
Donny,4-10=Raushan.

A treble later on in the day.
Sandown,5-05=Auld Alliance.
Beverley,7-30=Altharoos.
Haydock, 9-15=Playbill.
Good luck to all.

Very good run by Joe Packet, the difference between the winner and him was simply the winner broke better. No complaints however and as you mention Joe, the horse is now on a winnable mark and deserves following.

Agreed, how del potro hasn't won a few slams with his game is pretty astounding. Playing against 3 of the best players we've seen and injuries haven't helped him, but he's an awesome talent when firing on all cylinders.

He's had his own little shot of the tournament collection today. Hoping for Novak to take this tie break though as I just backed him for the tournament there at Evens...

Shout Bob, only got 15/8 on it (and not with BPG so miss out on the late drift). All goes onto Blackade at 7:00!

Good luck with Blockade.

I might take a look at that Althroos if it drifts out again before the off.

One for tomorrow though that I'm saving my pennies for. Caucas 9/4 4.25 Sandown. That Estimate form is rock solid.

Well done Bob, I thought Afsare was going to hose up at one point and it was a good run by your selection to peg him back.
