I'd be happy enough with Jenkins debut, jumped sloppily but that should improve with time. Really stretched clear at the end, still have nightmares how Patrick got him chinned at Punchy... Not sure if he's winning a Supreme as Mullins or quite a few others haven't played their cards yet...
His jumping was crap in places but surely you'd give him the benefit of the doubt with him being so inexperienced. Big engine. The horse that beat him in the Punchy bumper is now based in Alan King's yard and i imagine expectations will be high.
One Track Mind looked like he'd never seen a fence before. How they ran him in a grade 2 is mystifying. The winner was quite impressive though.
The yard are out of form so One Track Mind's run wouldn't worry me. Loads of scope to improve and you're almost certain to get a fair price when the time is right.
Very nice win under a penalty. I should stick to the shorties, Ravenhill Road and Jenkins a never-in-doubt double.
