So when alcohol was prohibited in the USA, was that punishment for people getting drunk, or were they just simply not allowed to drink alcohol because they changed they law?
Rangers. Are. Getting. Liquidated.
Finished.

In that case Stenhousemuir are banned form playing in Europe too![]()
You fair talk some pish by the way.
NewCo are NOT PERMITTED to take part in Euro competitions for three years (actually is it not four?) because they are a new club and you need a minimum of three year's accounts.
No, that is bullshit, they aren't allowed because they aren't in the SPL to win and to qualify. If Rangers are in the SPL, which I'm sure they won't be, if they win the SPL they won't be allowed to compete in Europe. **** knows what you were trying to do with the Stenhousemuir thing, but it doesn't make one bit of sense. Clown.

I'm making the analogy that rangers won't be playing in europe for next 3 seasons because they haven't met uefa's criteria for competing in those competitions - neither have stenhousemuir (theremight be different reasons and stenhousemuir might win the scottish cup in the next 3 years and prove me wrong) so my point - no matter how extreme - stands![]()
ST, have I not said, that they are prohibited, as in not allowed, which also means, "not permitted", which IN EFFECT, means they are banned!

My understanding of the big tax case (and I might be wrong) is that it was a bill rangers disputed and went to court to try and get overturned so unless a verdict was returned saying there was no liability rangers still owe(d) the £94m.
The way rangers fans go on it's as if they never got hit with the tax bill. Or am I missing something here?
Any new club needs 3 years of accounts to be able qualify for Europe as far as I know. How can a new club be banned?
Yep, thick as two short planks I am.
aye. Derry city tried it this year and were told to get to steppin'So when alcohol was prohibited in the USA, was that punishment for people getting drunk, or were they just simply not allowed to drink alcohol because they changed they law?

#sigh#
For the love of ****.
So, Scotland were "banned" from the Euros then as we didn't fit the entry criteria (i.e qualified)?
England are "banned" from winning the Euros now that they have been knocked out?
I am banned from raping Catriona Shearer - there are laws specifically in place to stop me committing rape.
I am not banned from shagging her simply because I can't
For something to be banned, someone needs to ban it.
Simply being unable to access something is not being "banned" from it.
