Impressive win for WITHOUT PAROLE (2 year old) at Newcastle.
Racing Post Analysis:
“WITHOUT PAROLE, by Frankel and a half-brother to Godolphin Mile and Breeders' Cup Dirt Mile hero Tamarkuz, made a lovely introduction. He was a bit green and raw, but the further he went the better he looked. This colt will probably stay further than Tamarkuz, who was by a sprinter, and it will be interesting to see where he pitches up next season. He could find himself on the Derby trail.“

Gordon Elliott has COMMENTARIOLUS who ran in France for the Niarchos Family. He’s in the betting for the Triumph Hurdle but yet to actually run over Jumps.

Did it rather well in the end, though the in-running betting would be interesting to see as he looked to have no chance at one point!

Solo Saxophone was a remarkable first winner over jumps for Frankel when getting up late on at Catterick having hit 100-1 in running when looking well beaten down the back stretch.
The first of the great racehorse's offspring to appear over obstacles, Solo Saxophone put in a few slow leaps that left him with plenty to do turning for home.
Plenty of Frankel's runners on the Flat have shown stamina in abundance and Solo Saxophone appears to have inherited some himself, as he reeled in his rivals one by one to justify 6-4 favouritism relatively comfortably.
