does anyone know what happened to Carlton House. I know he went to Australia and raced with Gai Waterhouse, retired to Darley - but what happened since?

Don't know for sure but I heard he had fertility isdues so Darley took him off the roster. Not sure whether he has been pensioned or if he'll be offered to another smaller stud to stand.

A handful of foals/yearlings by him have passed through the Australian sales but didn't make much money.

In the last 12 hours:

NEW HORIZONS finished third in Australia

BRONKEL won by 7 lengths in Chile

MOZU ASCOT scored his third success in Japan

Very nice performance - reminded me a bit of Zarkava's win in the Prix Vermeille, swooping past the entire field up the straight <ok>

Very nice performance, she did the same thing in her last race, coming from behind with a nice turn of foot. Fingers crossed she can emulate Soul Stirring.

SIMPLY BRILLIANT (formerly called SENATOR) made his debut in Hong Kong yesterday and finished second.

MAJORIS has been renamed by his new Hong Kong connections as ENJOYABLE SUCCESS.

SOUL STIRRING has completed some very good pieces of work ahead of her crack at the G1 Japan Cup on Sunday.

MOZU ASCOT wins his 4th race in a row, his 6th race since June!

Unfortunately SOUL STIRRING finished down the field in the Japan Cup.
