If true that one of them attended a board meeting it would suggest a lot more involvement than you'd normally get following a loan. Not sure if it was ever confirmed that it happened mind but I hope it did. I also hope that the formation of the CEO role (which Donald previously said he didn't need) might have been as a result of their involvement and wish to have a fully functioning management structure in place (not Donald because he'd leave if they came in). Possible that they're leaving the appointments up to them but have stressed the structure they'd like to see, they can then tweak personnel later if they might not be involved for ages. Madbob seems prone to mentioning things that don't happen but if another 3 people came in, into key positions, then it would be a further sign of this , but I'm not holding my breath.

I still say that if anything is going to happen, it'll happen in the championship mind. Think we're stuck desperately hoping Donald can finally get it right on the pitch. I think that's where they want us and where they'll be interested. I still don't think they've walked away, but Donald might be running out of time to get it right, presumably they won't wait forever
He's got next season to do it, but i don't have a great deal of faith. I will reserve judgement to see who we bring in etc, but i think the league will be stronger next year. The one thing i will never say again is "Getting relegated will give us a chance to rebuild, and come back stronger" If we don't go up next year i can't see how he can stay, but then again if no one buys us/meets his price then it still won't change.

Am i in the minority or would anyone else take a play off spot next season if offered it now? Sad days when you don't even feel confident in this bloody league

We are jumping out of the frying pan into the fire if true. He will have us bankrupt in less than year. Complete fantasist and skint in football terms. <yikes>
And still no national media coverage about these ****s

Anyone have any idea of who Campbell’s backers are ?

Apparently Skinflint has offered Donald a seat on the board

Sadly this sounds about right. Campbell is definitely still interested. Might be the case that, ideally, Donald wants a massive profit from a sale now but, if he can't get it, his next best option is selling most of it to someone like Campbell. It reduces his risk whilst still keeping some so that, if the new bloke can get us up, he can get more later on . That's better for him than having to walk away now. Campbell would likely be a disaster and even entertaining him just shows that he isn't doing the right thing for safc at all. No wonder FPP got sick of him

i just hope they haven't got the money to pay FPP back and they block the deal.
