If you are going to end up spending that just to make up the ground lost while you 'play hard ball' yes. I think that they are making a huge mistake. But once again, I cannot stress enough that I don't actually think this is the case for all the reasons I've given before, so we are literally debating about a situation that neither of us believes in
Because there's every chance that they're keen on the club already and we know how persuasive peoples' partners can be...
You're conflating being an American billionaire with not making mistakes in football. Ellis Short. That's it. That's the answer.
Your missing the point, these are billionaires who won't waste or spend a penny more than what they believe is the value. Maybe they have decided that the amount they would have to spend to right the mistakes of SD would be cheaper than what he wants? Maybe they have been advised to let it crumble then rebuild it correctly and ultimately better? Do you ever see anyone else's point of view and think there be something you hadn't considered or do you believe you are always right?
I do see your point of view, I just completely disagree. You have done the exact same thing, and that's entirely your right, but I don't accuse you of anything? Why are you doing that?
No, you did more, don't be disingenuous. I've made my point, I disagree, you can have yours, but I won't attack you just because we disagree.
Aye alright. I'm sure you're a grown man and you understand that asking someone a loaded question like that means more, but yeah, I'm sure it was 100% genuinely just a question and not meant to imply that I don't.
It wasn't a loaded question, but having considered your replies for 24 hours I'm at a loss to what you want. You don't like SD and spent a fair bit of time posting your thoughts on this earlier in the year, you dont like FPP as they don't act like you want them to. What exactly do you want?
