Haway man, what are you doing? I'm trying to be nice, but this is really weird. Look at the original post. Look at what I've posted since. I haven't backtracked on anything, in fact all I've done is show to those who asked why what I said is a fact. You're the one trying to be disingenuous about what you said, pretending you didn't question whether they had to get consent to negotiate. That's exactly what you said, and I proved exactly that by citing the agreement between Madrox and FPP. What more fact do you want?
Donald can DISCUSS selling the club with whom he likes. However he can't SELL the club without FPP's consent. There is a huge difference between talking about doing something and actually doing it.
Look mate, the sheet above says he can't even negotiate it without their consent. It literally says they cannot attempt to sell the assets that Madrox have security over without their consent. If you want to look it up yourself, it's here in section 5 (Negative Charge)
4 different posters have pulled you up on what you said in your post and your still trying to backtrack. I’m sure you’ll fit in better over the road cause that’s where all the bullshitters, windup merchants and wannabe know it alls are.
Alright if you're going to be like that. Can't win with some people who will argue the sky is green and the grass is blue despite literally looking at them. So I ain't wasting my time with you.
Yeah and football clubs never discuss beforehand with a transfer target or manager to join them BEFORE they put in a bid to the player or managers current club and make it official either do they?
Oh sorry, just for the record I'm going nowhere, I don't actually give a **** what you think, to quote a great man who would never edit his post despite everyone seeing that he told someone to **** off and die...
FPP have absolutely no say in who Donald speaks to. He can sell the club if he wants to, never mind talk to people.
It doesn't make it legal. He's literally come out and said via Methven and in his interview that they're doing it, so he must have got consent or he's in breach of the charge sheet. Aye alright, thanks for backing this up with evidence and a well-reasoned argument in the face of overwhelming evidence to the contrary. This is the world we live in, where a legal document filed with the government on a third party can be completely ignored because it doesn't suit your argument.
How do you 'attempt' to sell the club without discussing it and negotiating with potential buyers then?
Negotiating is different to attempting to sell. He can speak to anyone he chooses without FPP's consent. I can speak to someone about buying Mrs Smug's car and negotiate a deal ... ... but I can't attempt to sell it without her consent.
