Well i agree with Matt Duke going but i thought Belaid may of been offered a contract i thought he was ok and ***an has been injured all season so he had to go and Gardner wants to go to Palace.

Disappointed about Belaid. Thought he'd be worth it on a free, still reasonably young and would add depth to a very thin squad.

As others have said, no real surprises, would maybe have been worth giving Belaid another year to add depth, as I've always been impressed when I've seen him play.

Also, ***an has been unlucky this season that he's been injured, he's never a striker but could have been good for us on the wing or coming off the bench (better than Amoo anyway!)

Now for the sale of Bullard, Oli, Kilbane, McShane and Ghilas and the rebuild can begin, I expect that by end of june we will have deals in place for
Manonne or Guzan (either on season loans of full deals)
Einhoff - Free as a back up GK
Dudgeon - Done deal
Evans - Done deal
Hobbs
Ayala
Another defender who can play CB or RB
Danns
Waghorn

Then a few youngsters we have never heard of or thought about thanks to shakespeares scouting team

As long as we get rid of Bullard, Oli, CackShane, Ghilas and Cullen, I'll be happy.

I'm disappointed about Belaid though, as I agree with DaredtoDream; he'd have been worth a punt on a free.

Duke I'm sad to see leave, if only because he's stayed loyal after 7 years of benchwarming! Not that I think we should have kept him, of course.

***an is a player I used to love, but he's too injury-prone now for us to risk keeping him, his best years are behind him (so it's sad that he's only 28 :() especially when his wages could be spent on younger, more promising players.

As for Gardner, well, frankly, I couldn't give a ****.

I think it is a bit early to give up on Cullen, he was thrust into a team at the start of the season with huge expectation, no supply (pretty much all our goals in the first handfull of games came from midfield), and no real support forward to play off. I would like to see him go on loan to a top league 1 or 2 team to get a run of games and goals, maybe loan him to Rotherham, buy Le Fonde (or swap with Mclean).

Cullen's gash. I guess I view him in the same way everyone else looks upon McLean. Apart from the fact McLean's a half-decent striker.

As for Le Fondre, for all he's done in League Two, he's not proven above the 4th tier.

Edit: And he's a fat ****.

Disappointed about Belaid as he evidently has a lot of talent. Wonder if Pearson struggled to see where he was going to fit in the side (bearing in mind we're still struggling to find the best way to get the most out of Koren). Reading between the lines I can't help feeling there may be underlying attitude problems with the guy - looking at his history.
