I'd call him very very average.

Says a lot about Forest that their iconic manager is their ex-coach that they had to nick off Crawley Town.

 

dont forget that whilst he was at Donny quite a few people wouldnt have minded him here...

got a team playing good football with gash players and clearly overachieving.

 

Unfortunately the only good spell florist had all season coincided with him being cotterill's assistant, therefore im hoping it does not repeat itself now he is atually in charge, mind you he needs to sign about 10 players 1st, tho he does have 7 kuwaities to pick from lol

 

Remember that we had Sousa/Sven then - anyone else would have seemed better.
