That takes me back to the Pozo Saloon in Santa Margarita, CA, a spit 'n' sawdust where the beer is served in jam jars and the bands are organic. please log in to view this image
****ing superb version of Jubilee Street that really shows how this band builds energy, what a way to open a show. Blown away when I first saw this. It's on Sky Arts so you can download if you have Sky.
I'm not a fan of festivals but the Live Oak festival just outside Santa Barbara is very civilised and is all organic music: country, folk, blues, African, bagpipe bands, whatever. Everybody takes their garden chairs and the portaloos are worthy of NASA.
I'm the same. Hated camping since I was in the Scouts. Sleeping on rocky slopes is for the Taliban. The only camp I need is lycra-based: I am the **** at the front.
Remember you posting that before, I was into the 90's glam for a short while Poison, Warrant **** like that. I try to avoid it nowadays. Claim to fame is that I once punched the guitarist of Tigertailz.
