Was just going to post that! So instead I'll post the original. Backing by Booker T who wrote the music and the Memphis Horns, as good a combination as you can get. I was surprised to find out after hearing the Cream version first that it was a Stax record written by William Bell who did one of my favourite soul records You Don't Miss Your Water.
