It does not refer to elderly white men. It refers to anybody who uses jingoistic nationalism to make a point and gets angry when said things aren’t immediately sorted. I can list you plenty of non-white people who are gammon.
C** is a term used to describe people who were born with a gender that matches their biological sex. It’s never been used as an insult, so why would it be offensive? The fact that it’s “deemed offensive” is just because people are trying to marginalise the trans community.

I grew up watching watching things like South Park, Jackass and Brass Eye, you’ll be hard pushed to find something that seriously offends me personally.

 

The clear and obvious fact that you chose to use terms that you know are objectionable to many, and then try to justify them with pseudo science says so much about you, especially given the topic at hand.
