I wouldn't be surprised if he did sign Heskey and to be fair, given Bendtner's lack of interest, and Ji's obvious lack of any football ability he would do a better job. If he does it is imperative that all of those who clamoured for O'Neill to come in get behind the lad. If O'Neill sees fit to sign Heskey surely we have to go with it!

I can see him sticking Colback or Cattermole in the middle with Vaughan and their only instuction will be to get it our to Larsson who will hug the right, and a new left sided player he will sign in January. Not sure where Sess will fit in to his side even though he was head and shoulders above anyone else yesterday.
