Truth be told I'm streaming it through questionable means but I know it's an MTV gig. I usually don't have time or patience to commit to series and in the past year or so have only got through Chernobyl and Dopesick - both of which were superb. But a friend recommended 1883 and I've been hooked since the opening scene.

It's a slow burner so don't bother unless you're a fan of brilliant writing and the history of the era.

Never knew it was a prequel to Yellowstone but I tried an episode of that the other day and barely made it 20mins in. Not my brew.
