Yep, you do get a few little extras. One of the best extras is the ability to use real teams and players to create your own leagues/teams. Add the ability to create your own kits, including sponsorships and logos, and you could actually make realistic looking teams and leagues, aswell as tournaments. (Imagine creating Super leagues, real world class players evenly spread out over 20 teams. Or even create unlicensed tournaments like the Champions League, FIFA World Cup, Euros etc.)
