I remember watching Interstellar about ten years ago and thinking what a great film it was, and how it would hit like a sledgehammer if I have kids someday. Watched it tonight as a parent and I can confirm it was an emotional experience.

Top film in many different ways.

Saw that trailer earlier, reminded me of the trashy first 3d films back in the early 2000s or whenever it was. Rough.

Anyone that knows me know I think the first Predator is in my opinion the best Acton/Horror/Sci-fi ever made. I've seen stills or the new Predator with its topnot and I instantly said "f**k off", after seeing the trailer I can confirm it can definitely f**k off

Watched Trial of the Chicago 7 on Netflix. Been out a while but never got around to watching it!

Was a decent watch and an eye opener to how corrupt it was! They actually bound and gagged the black defendant because he kept reminding the judge that he didn't have a defense team and the judge wanted him to shut up and just let the lawyer of the other 7 representing him!

And he actually wriggled free all the time.

Madness! I knew it was coming as I had read about it or I would have been shocked!

Reading stuff about it afterwards and it sounds like the judge was heavily criticised for the way he handled the whole trial. Bet he was just allowed to retire quietly though, living in peace.

I managed to watch 4 films on the flight home

Springsteen Deliver me from nowhere
- good movie on how he dealt with a tough upbringing and how it affected him. I enjoyed it, even though I’m not a big fan of his music.

28 years later
Probably one of the worst movies I’ve watched in a good while, but I stuck it out, certainly not for the feint hearted or those that don’t like the sight of blood.

Bugonia
Another weird one, amusing in parts with a surprising ending.

Laapataa ladies
An Indian comedy movie, a nice watch after the previous two shockers.

Bring Her Back is one for horror fans, very tough and challenging watch but I suppose that's why we like the genre. High quality film in general, beautifully shot.
