Bullet Train is worth 2 hours of anyone's time. Its like a mix of Tarantino and Guy Ritchie.
Watched The Banshees of Inisherin on Saturday night. Not at all what I was expecting, but a very enjoyable film. Probably needs a 2nd watch
Watched it last night and think the same.
Watch it again but with the idea that one is questioning his existence and how long he has left, and wanting his Friend to toughen up after he's gone.
When I first watched Avatar I thought that someone had just watched this film and adjusted it to be a scientist fiction movie.Favourites are Schindlers List, Braveheart, Gladiator, Apollo 13, Shawshank Redemption, Good the Bad and The Ugly, Papillon, Godfather 2, In The Name of the Father, and ...The Goonies.
Edited to add Dances With Wolves and Life of Brian.
Watched the Guard. That Gleason bloke from Banshees is in it.
Gave me a good few hearty chuckles. Nearly switched it off a couple of times as I just couldn't handle some of the funny outrageous moments.
I have not seen In Bruge but will be soon now.Class mate there has been a few discussions about this and In Bruge for me The Guard is the best of the lot. So funny and such a clever dry humour!
Calvary is worth a watch if you are liking Brendon Gleeson and haven't seen it, I'm assuming you have seen him in In Bruge?
I have not seen In Bruge but will be soon now.
Calvary will also be getting watched.
When I first watched Avatar I thought that someone had just watched this film and adjusted it to be a scientist fiction movie.
Avatar is just Disney's Pocahontas in space
