To do that routine in Glasgow took guts.

He did a set up though that identified himself as Scotch by birth, which caused some self-righteous Scottish anger. It was all done to justify the whole routine to a Scottish audience and with the exception of the one walkout, he got away with it.

He did. He's a master craftsman.

EDIT. Thinking about it, I find people paying money to sit and watch an unfunny comedian amusing.

Maybe he's on to something, but I doubt the audience get who the joke is on.
