I glory in Aberdoyle Dairies Scottish Extra Mature Coloured Cheddar from Lidl; a snip at £1.79 for a 400g block of tangy heaven.

It is especially tasty on burnt toast and also adds a certain something to an 02.27 drunken fry up!
