1st of all, sorry for being late on this thread. i been away as you know. please trust me when i say the following comments i will make has no intentions to clash or provoke.

im only commenting on this as it was me who requested APL to be banned from our board at least, and seeing it was me who did this, i would like to explain my actions so certain members understand the reasons why i got APL banned.
for as long as i can remember on this site and on bbc606, each side has always given banter to each other when each team goes through a bad spell (which seems to be all the time for my team). there may have been arguments on the way of course. but ultimately its never really got out of control. however before i went away what was happening on our board was no banter and was not acceptable and crossed the line so much that you couldnt even see that line anymore. this wasnt just APL but also Gas as well. there was a comment from Gas that really upset me "go die of cancer" (or something similar). even if i hadnt had the recent death of my brother to cancer, i would of still been offended by this as its just so wrong to say. cancer will have effected 2 out of every 3 people in 1 way or another and so many people would of been upset by that comment of his and i made that known. i left the thread open so Gas could see my re-action. Gas came back the next day and apologised for his conduct which i accepted. i even received an apology from ROD as well for his part in winding up Gas to say it. i didnt accept ROD's apology as i seen no reason for him to apologise as his wind ups should of never resulted to a come back from Gas to say what he said. i still appreciated ROD's gesture though and we have bonded through this with private messages about other things. a few people (even wiz) on that thread stated well done to Gas for apologising. matter was over and forgotten. no further issues.
then there was a bust up between Gas and APL where brain tumour was mentioned by Gas and APL made threats about finding his ip address and tracking him down and doing Gas in. this was by private message which was then forwarded to a thread. as a result APL started to have a go at me, then bluebaldee with inappropriate comments and the thread got closed and deleted by my fellow mod p49. i asked APL to stop. he didnt. i then asked the city mods to help as its 1 of their members and didnt want to go down the route of banning without trying all routes 1st as again i have no intentions to ban anyone. i was told by shiny that he asked APL to stop. but APL came back again. this time with this thread.... http://www.not606.com/showthread.php/170165-Bald-****-prick-49-****-johavah-simpleton (**** johavah simpleton = cjs) does this look like banter to you? is this crossing the line to you? do you get this type of threads on your board seriously? now im not into banning people because as far as i was concerned between both sets of fans on here and the banter between us, we should really get to that stage of even getting warnings. i like a laugh and banter but APL continued to be abusive and i sent further warnings to wiz/shiny explaining i will seek banning if APL didnt stop being abusive. APL didnt offer banter. he didnt even other contructive comments. only thing that was offered from him was pure hatred and abuse and for no reason. that wont be accepted on our board. if he had stopped when warned by me or wiz or by shiny, not just once by myself either then there would be no issues. we would of just moved on like we have with Gas comments. he then makes a blog about me http://www.not606.com/blog.php/1012194-APL-2011 as well as ruin a thread. hopefully you all now understand why we came to the conclusion of enough was enough. i asked for him to be banned from our board at least and his actions was found bad enough to warrant a full ban (obviously now has a new account) but APL has himself to blame. this could have been avoided.

Gas made unacceptable comments and immediately apologised. yes he may have lost friends from it but by his own admission he is a **** so i doubt he would be bothered by it.
Gas and APL obviously have issues with each other going by their private messages and hopefully they can just stop and move on now.
me and APL also have issues. he has issues with me and i have no idea why. no reason for it. my 1 and only issue with him is APL wants an apology from Gas yet im still waiting, along with p49 and bluebaldee for an apology from APL for the abusive comments towards us.

i understand APL has apologised for his actions according to wiz but sorry, it means nothing until that apology has been passed over to whom it has effected.

everyone is entitled to their opinion on all things. some on here for some reason think that what APL has done is level on par to what normally goes on. if you believe that then that is just crazy.

you all (both city and rovers fans) know i give banter and i can take the banter. you know i come in here when we win lose or draw. you all know the recent events that has happened my end and why i left this site for some time. im sure you all can appreciate and understand that i am not to the level where i was prior to the passing of my brother on the banter front. my heart aint in this like it use to be. after what i recently went through, i didnt need and shouldnt have to sit there and take the crap being thrown my way with the abuse and lies about me.

this is my side explaining the decision to ban APL from the rovers board. again it could of been avoided. but at least you get to see why it happened and now understand. i would like to thank wiz and shiny for their efforts trying to help me to stop it going as far as a ban for APL. it didnt work obviously but thanks all the same <ok>

hopefully APL (under a new name) PM me his issues that he obviously has with me so we can sort it out and move on. or even an apology would be nice <ok>
 
I have been banned from the sag site under Apl, I have opened a new account and have not or will post on the sag board. As far as I am concerned the whole episode is done with, why cjs has to re-open the thread is because he loves the limelight.

I have nothing to apologies for so this should be an end to the matter.

whoa there. calm down a bit LPA. i whole episode is done with. i havent re-opened anything. i have already explained why i was late to comment (been away) and i have already explained my reasons for commenting - as it was me who got you banned from our board, i wanted to explain my actions so certain members understand the reasons why. i dont want some people on here, as its been made out, that we can give it but not take the banter and just ban people. now those people can clearly seethis is not the case as as detailed above.
no need to try and provoke me accusing me of loving the limelight. certainly aint the case. i would rather the whole thing never to have happened full stop. im not going to bite at your comments especially at not apologising to me. but instead i have respectfully replied to some of your points and i'll end it by saying again, i full agree with you, the episode is done with <ok>

i wont return to this thread now so all the best to the rest of your season.
 
For the record APL has offered me an olive branch which I have gladly accepted.

Peace and harmony are restored:)

We are hoping to one day become gay lovers and are currently negotiating a rota regarding taking it in turns to be on the receiving end<diva>
