Not born in Hull but Stuart Pearson was born in Cottingham.
I reckon that's the nearest you'll get, unless there was someone from the inter war years or even earlier.
I can name the Hull born man who presented the first ever FA Cup in 1872.

Barmby got an FA Cup winners medal, UEFA Cup winners medal and a League Cup winners medal all for Liverpool in the same season, but only actually played in the final for the League Cup (he was injured for the other two)
Yes I thought Barmby then when I looked him up the FA Cup didn’t show.
One day a Hull lad might play and get one.
Think it’s the same with First Division/ Prem titles too.
