Bobby Moore played in the Boothferry Park game. Remember the ref pointing to the penalty spot late on the second half, North stand end, when Moore looked to have handled the ball. Moore then spoke to the ref, arm around him, and the twat changed his mind and gave Fulham a free kick. They reached the Final that year.
Those brothers? The McNally's?

no - the brothers didn't normally go to City that much - just a couple of guys I knew who had a car - one worked in Hofbrauhaus on the lunch time when there was a lunchtime stripper - I think he was a sort of compere - anyway he asked me if I fancied going to Leicester so I then asked Gordon and off we all went

We also played Fulham in the 74/75 season, when they reached the Cup final. Two replays if I remember right, second one at Leicester.
They equalised in the final minute of extra time in the first replay at BP . I think Bobby Moore was playing for Fulham .

So it was that game when the referee gave us a penalty and then changed his mind .

It could have been a kinder draw unless they play a weakened side, will be a tough ask. I really like the way Fulham are playing under Marco, so will be a good test to see how we fair.
