... Spuds seem to have cornered the market on delusion ... so no ...
Wonderful irony - being told to 'man-up' by someone unable to accept that a penalty decison was wrong, despite it being almost universally accepted now by pundits, press and neutral fans .. in fairness there are a fair few less dense Spuds on their match-day thread that have acknowledged that it was never a pen ... and to quote ex-Spurs player Danny Murphy on talkSport thies morning ".. it wasn't a penalty ... if that had been given against me, I'd be fuming .."
... the most beautiful irony is a Spuds Mod with a forum name reflecting poor refereeing being the most adamant of all that it was a correctly awarded penalty
.. then NowSuffering bleating that nasty Leicester won't set up in a way to allow Spurs to beat them ... priceless
...and I'm deluded?
Even HIAG seems to have had the good sense (or understanable embarrasment) to have steered clear of this one ...
... to reiterate ... I'm more than happy with the result and with our lads putting to bed another myth ... that we have no strength in depth ... Spuds ended up with virtually their full first team for the last quarter and still never looked like scoring ... title challengers? ... delusion?

Still laughing at your own jokes? Still, nothing new there!
It's very difficult to score when a bus is parked as well as yours was yesterday. I just wondered if you were actually going to try and play some football in the replay?
It's very easy for pundits to look in hindsight and say it wasn't a penalty. To me, it's still one that you see given sometimes and sometimes that you don't. From the referee's viewpoint it clearly looked as though he used his hand to push the ball out of Rose's path. You must know yourself that if your hand or arm are away from your body and come in contact with the ball, there's a good chance a penalty will be awarded.
