Millwall were in the final a few years ago, and a few years back Barnsley knocked out Liverpool and Chelsea en route to the semi-finals (granted, they went on to lose to a team not quite as good as Portsmouth, but still).
The one good thing about the FA Cup not being considered as important to the top five or six clubs as it once was is that the dream is still alive for Championship teams.
