It's that time of the year when we enter the FA Cup , draw on Monday live from Cardiff . We are number 19 if anyone interested . Who do you all want , a nice easy passage to the final again .
Some **** tinpot club we can play the kids against. But it'll blatently be somebody like Sheffield Wedndesday or Boro and they'll beat us. I don't really mind to be honest.
Like Boro beat us the last time we met in the FA Cup you mean? No matter who we draw Bruce will not play the first team.
And we fielded our second string against Boro's first team. Some would argue we have a better squad now then we did as a Premier League club.
I want Salford away, theres a space on that little terrace now El Gary of Valencia has ****ed off. If they beat the monkey hangers first of course
In order of preference, all away. Altrincham Bury Northwich Oldham Shrewsbury Port Vale Accrington. Any others can GTF.
Get in, double post. I'll take it as an opportunity to declare that Leeds are **** & are going to take a good old arsecunt of a battering on Saturday. For my choices have a look, upwards.
Sure, but from the perspective of our chances of beating a Boro or Wednesday in the Cup, we would be ok.
For me it would be Manchester United away. A reprise of the match I attended back in January 1952 and which has brought back fond memories since being recently discussed on the the History Thread. Match will be played on my sisters birthday and if it comes to pass I will be there with my sister, who has never seen Hull City play but was with me on the journey to Manchester almost 63 years ago.
Someone ****. Play the first team. We've just pissed one cup final opportunity away Brucey needs to make up for it. Villa away will do nicely, so long as it's not on Sunday.
Reserved for VIP's, Salford co-owners sadly. Not forgetting the Elf n' safety clowns wont allow any of the general riff raff(public) to stand on a railway sleeper. My choice (all away would be) in order:- 1) Oxford(2nd home), 2)Stevenage, 3)*Salford City, 4)*Stourbridge or Eastleigh, 5)Colchester Utd, 6)Barnet or Newport. * I went to Penrith many years ago to see City win 2-0 in the Fac. A great day out. A proper small non-league club/ground and very cheap refreshments. Happy days.
1-1 between Salford and Hartlepool. Two ex Tigers playing for the Pools in Nicky Featherstone and Trevor Carson.
Me too Happy days indeed ! An interesting away tie for me please, something skin to Accrington away in the Milk Cup
