how anyone who knows anything about racing can say what happened in the last few laps was fair to both drivers is on another planet.

no way will fia overturn the result

ive hated the way hamilton and mercedes have dominated f1 the last few years and made it boring. and ive been screaming out for someone to beat him/them.

but not like this, by the rules being thrown out of the window.

Or perhaps, Hamilton stepped off the gas. :emoticon-0105-wink:
to which he is perfectly entitled to do. its called backing up the pack. verstappen knew he was on the softer tyre and was going to destroy hamilton on the last lap. he had no need to be alongside or even in front.

F1 is ****.
Stick to MotoGP/WSB/BSB/Soeedway.

I ride a motorcycle yet i find the drama of F1 irresistible. wsb isnt the same for me with overtakes on almost every corner.
as in --- another overtake? yawn.....
however the procession that f1 often becomes is more boring.

Politics in sport. Utter crap.

Both appeals rejected.
It was never going to be overturned regardless of right or wrong. Anyway I thought Hamilton engineered that incident on the first lap so he could cut the corner and get ahead. But what do I know...

This ain't finished yet, standby for litigation .. and court rulings .. messy end to a great season
Yes, it could go on for yonks, loads'a money for the lawyers, but the result won't be overturned. And really who cares? It'll be mostly forgotten about come next week.

Not sure about a great season, admittedly I don't watch the whole thing but going by what has made the sport section of the news almost every race has had some sort of penalty dished out to one or the other. Just when one gets a few too many points ahead the other has been found to have committed some crime and it gets levelled up again. A fixed season to make it exciting and watchable (not for me)
