I struggle to run, I twisted my knee a while back and I can do a very slow and steady 5k but trying to increase the pace or distance just sets my knee off. All around the outer edge of the kneecap and underneath. I’ve got a proper downhill MTB recently and riding that around on its 12 speed gear set is a ****ing workout, just feels like a chore having to wash it all down when it gets covered in mud after rain. I wish I could run properly and regularly, even though I find it mind numbingly boring, it’s a quick and easy calorie burner and I probably wouldn’t have these little jiggling boobies
