Mate I had 7 months, this summer, travelling around the Med and never posted. I don't live a normal life so there are periods when I post more than others
Sometimes I feel a bit lost & lonely living among the French while my kids & mates are off to watch the Lads.
This place has been a vital link to 'home' in the last few years.
I'm in the last fortnight of my time living in France after nearly 20 years, having sold the business/house/cars etc and am at a loose end.
The ****ing Sky channels are dropping off, in Europe, one by one and I'm watching the matches on a jerky stream.
I'm posting more on here this week because I have a dozen mates and loads on here contacting me for tickets.

But I do care, because people have helped me and my lads through the years and I believe in decency & doing the right things even if it costs you.
All I wanted was a bit of info, regarding the crack regarding the entry systems, so I could get a few lads in for nowt and some ****ing keyboard big man calls me out as a liar.
No one ever admits to getting wummed on here but I'm ****ing wound up by these ****ing ****ers saying things they'd never ****ing dare say to my face.

Mate, I've apologised to more people on here than anyone else but all people do is pick up on my many bad points.
People like Cyprus who's a ****ing coward will just vanish rather than admit he's wrong.
You're A-ok with me fella but I think you know that. The folk who constantly pull you on your bad points as you say, don't exactly cover themselves in glory. Nobody is perfect, especially grudge holders, they'd do well to remember that. Don't let them silence you fella. You've the right to be yourself good points and bad.

I have just read all this thread and it has totally pissed me off..
I have bantered with smug for about 8/9 years now on the forums albeit not much now as I don't post much due to circumstances. Thing's he isn't is a liar, twat, cnut or whatever. He is one of the soundest lads Iv'e had the pleasure to meet and when you do meet him, you have the cheeky grin as well. He said he was going to come out of his way to visit me and Lollie before xmas and bring his missus and sure enough he did. I think they both wanted to see for themselves what I have going on here and the compassion the man showed was just as I expected. He is in my eyes a mate now, not just on the forums but in the real world too.His wife is a credit to him and it's not often I get people who go to York Minster to light a candle for us..

Mr RaW's mate, from BBC606 helped me with tickets for WBA away just from a posting on the site. He kept his word and brought the tickets to the ground & I kept my word, paid him and supplied several pints of Guinness.
I then had him and his lass to my home, gave them a free car to use, looked after them for a week and heated the pool for them.
I don't need to 'vindicate' myself to people like Mr Raw and I'm ****ed if I'll do it for scumbags like Cyprus or anyone else.
A mod, who helped me get these box tickets, has said repeatedly that I don't even receive them until tomorrow yet people are screaming for photos
Some people need to give their ****ing heads a shake and get on with their own lives instead of attacking mine.
