Streets will never forget that 16/17 season Wanyama. What a tank he was that year. Destroyed everyone that came up against him.

Such a shame that - like many other top players we’ve had - injuries then took their toll on him.

And of course the injury came against Chelsea, because they are the worst thing to happen to football and exist to make us suffer.

Tashan Oakley-Boothe scored the winning penalty for Dunfermline against Falkirk in the Scottish Cup semi final.

They will play either Celtic or St Mirren in the final.

Highest-paid player in the championship, IIRC

Can't think why Leicester's finances have been questionable for over a decade...
Shows how out of touch with football I’ve been of late, just realised why there’s such hate towards him and the Leicester players - they’re on the verge of dropping to League One!

Have you noticed the so called football experts are all over the fact that Harry Kane is just as good as an attacking midfielder as he is a striker , this is something we Spurs fans have known for years , If he wants to this can extend his career for years

I do find it funny - just like Modric to be honest - how the whole world is now realising how amazing he is. He’s genuinely one of the best strikers to have ever played the game, let alone just for Spurs/ England.

Because to many it was just ‘Spurs’ and big fish in a small pond.

We all knew he was good enough to play for any team in the world as we saw him every week. Others just saw his stats and didn’t realise how good he was at all parts of the game.

Such a shame he never got to win a trophy in a good Spurs side.

The penny will drop when he retires from England duty, or if he misses an international tournament through injury.

The gap between him and the alternatives is ridiculous. What's more worrying is that doesn't appear to be anyone among the young prospects who you can see even getting close to his level.

England have had an elite level striker to call on for generations. That might be about to change.
