He has certainly had more than his fair share of longer-term injuries, even this season he was out for several weeks.
He's still young and I just recall how highly he was being spoken about when he was a junior back in 17/18, but only ever played twice for us.
To be fair, he played over 70 games for MK Dons and Preston for only 11 goals, so it's not like he was tearing it up at those levels.

One noticeable thing about his time at Preston is that while he wasn't scoring, as he only scored something like three league goals that season, he was regularly getting 90 minutes

That's a better indicator of how he was doing, because it was usually his strike partner getting hooked in matches

Safe to say Parrott’s had an enjoyable few days. Happy for him though, was never really given the chance here but it’s nice to see him beginning to make a name for himself, pretty sure we have some sort of sell-on clause in his deal too so if he keeps up this run we should see some potential movement for him next summer. I’m hoping we learn from Troy and start giving Dane some more minutes, both he and Troy were really highly rated by Jose when he was here and just in general by the club too, I don’t expect Dane (or Troy) to be another Kane but I do think I’d rather invest minutes in one of our own instead of seeing them given (wasted) to certain others…
