There is a class off player who while never being technically stellar,
are highly dependable and wholly committed to the cause on-pitch.

Dawson was one such player.

Clubs IMHO need a certain number of such players in their ranks
if they are ever to achieve continual success.

PSV are currently beating Ajax 2-0 in the Dutch equivalent of the Charity Shield.
Noni Madueke scored both goals and they're both pretty impressive, despite some **** defending:

Noni Madueke got the second as PSV beat Heracles 2-0 yesterday.
He's been linked with a move to Leicester, which would be... undesirable.
