Nope. He's a yard or two outside the six-yard box when it's headed on by a player right on the edge of it.
He's behind the ball and I think there's at least two defenders behind him, too.
Jake Livermore has been given time off by West Brom as he is 'mentally tired'. Whilst Messi understandably gets the headlines for another 4 goals in a 6-1 rout, lets not forget that Paulinho got the vital second. Yes, he's scored again. Are we sure it's the same player we used to have?

I think it shows that you don't need to be brilliant to score for Barcelona
It also shows that if your corners clear the first man, you can score from them.

So, you're saying that in football, corners are allowed to clear the first man and you don't have to kick it at them?
It seems quite likely that you optimise your chance of scoring from corners by aiming at the first man.

It's an intriguing thought. Do we know if it is even possible?
Alan Gilzean used to frequently get in front of the first man, do a backward header across the goal and someone, often Greavsie, would be on hand to nod or tap it in. Why can't we revisit that?
So all this time we have been attempting some kind of trick shot when scoring at corners. A ricochet off the first man, nicking the referees backside before trickling over the line via a nudge off a defenders shins?
