Dean Austin has been appointed assistant to Jimmy Floyd Hasselbaink at Northampton Town.

Zenon Stylianides has signed a one-year deal with QPR after a successful trial - where he'll be kept company my Massimo Luongo, Steven Caulker, Grant Hall, Charlie Owens and Chris Paul.

I'm starting to think we can use that as motivation for our youngsters...

For those that don't know who he is, Zenon Stylianides was released from our academy at the end of last season.
He played a game for the U21s when he knew that his sister was dying in hospital, with his family's blessing:

I hope that he can rejuvenate his career at Loftus Road and that our various connections there help him through.
