A couple of very recent coaching appointments to report - Charlie Lee has today been made caretaker manager at Yeovil Town after their manager quit for Woking, and last week Callum Davenport was added to the coaching team at Tavistock.

Was it Davenport that got stabbed when he was at West Ham?

Thought I remembered that...didn't know he was still involved in football...glad he stuck at it.
Think a lot of ex premier league players can't cope with dropping down the leagues ... think he must have a good level head to do so

He’s still playing apparently. Agree on your point about ex players, there’s not that many Jamie Cureton’s about.

Posted today, eh? That's interesting...

This for me was probably the moment I started to believe we were on to something special. The technique, awareness, balance and execution were years beyond his young age and relative inexperience. Then of course he went to the San Siro 2 months later and destroyed Inter, and the rest was a whirlwind.

Funnily enough the week we beat Stoke, Bolton beat West Ham away to move 3rd in the table. How times have changed.

I don't know if it's deliberate, but that article's got some cracking lines in it.
"a record he was keen to finally set straight" is great, but the best for me was:
"We got dogs abuse and I don't think Trevor dealt with it too well. Obviously he nearly died as well."
<laugh>
I read somewhere Morley was recovering at Bishops house and when Mrs Bishop got up to make tea Morley jumped in bed with Bishop as a " joke " but a window cleaner just so happened to be doing his rounds at the time , it sounds like a cross between a George Formby/ confessions of a film ARF ARF
