Why does the article say he never played a first team game for us?
I am positive he made his debut in a EL match under Redknapp...and I was there!
Lazy journalism. The guy was our youngest ever player before Scarlett and then Devine this season.
He actually appeared in about 3 or 4 games for us too.

They checked his Wikipedia page and it says 0, as it only lists league games in the first bit.
Had they bothered to scroll down, they'd have seen his 4 appearances, 3 in Europe and 1 in the FA Cup.

Because Wikipedia only includes league games in their sidebar for career stats, which reveals the BBC can't be arsed to scroll down half a page to get to these things known as "facts"
Bostock's hardly alone in the list of players who Wikipedia's sidebar says have never played for us when in reality they have, as the following examples demonstrate
