Watters for Barnsley FA Cup 1st round againt Horsham
Just heard that, but you beat me to it.

I think with Etete starting to show some form before his injury and us looking at other signings, I feel Watters days are numbered with the bluebirds.
We've a horrible time in the last few years with strikers. P!$$ed a load of money down the drain.
Most haven't been given a chance.
I just hope we're settling on a style of play, and signing players to match.
Lurching from one style to another has cost us dearly with inappropriate signings.

I think you've hit the nail on the head.
This is probably more appropriate on the Transfers thread but the revolving door of managers has done us no favours whatsoever. Most of us have been saying for ages that we need a period of stability to develop a style for the club and then to stick to it.
Thinking back, a few if our signing disasters have been down to timing. What price Bobby G in the current set up as an example.
Anyway, well done Max. I hope he's getting some enjoyment from his football.
