Not aimed at you, just general, but presumably they're not saying they want each and every one of them on that list, though. Our transfer wish list would be as long and might have some similar names on it - doesn't mean we expect them all. They're names being listed by /countless different fans, so I don't find that list particularly odd.
Also, the idea that there's loads of brainless Everton fans out there getting carried away is no different to the fact that there are loads of brainless Saints fans (many cite Saintsweb on here) who would be doing the same. We can't exactly point fingers, or suggest they are representative of the whole lot. We'd be just as equally excited if we were getting our first choice manager in next, as well as discussing the players he'd be bringing from his old team (as we did with Koeman's Feyenoord captures).

I can't believe Everton are paying Ron £7m a year (plus bonuses?), AND paying out £5m to us in Compo. If you're going to spend out big time like that on a manager, surely you get a better manager in then Ron. He's good, but he's not that good.
