    I don't reckon it will be sorted before Euros, and that to me doesn't mean the Board are incompetent. Why rush it before that tournament - it's arguably the best time to quietly sort a deal out with no pressure? The media will be in France, and we won't be looking to do any deals until after that tournament anyway. I hope there's no announcement until after then, personally.

    Still think he's worth the money? We accept and expect odd little foibles in our managers here at little old Saints, but not so sure about you big teams...how are your PR people going to spin that little clip? <laugh>

    Indeed. It is the perennial Saints problem that needs to be overcome. Even Leicester are fighting back in the case of Vardy. Managers are another animal, I realise.
