We have known that he wasn't fully onside with the Southampton way...his lack of involvement with the youth team (unlike the previous 2 managers) and reports of unrest (from Tadic, Mane, JWP), but like all fans (and I include Everton fans in that) we can overlook a lot when all is well on the pitch. And remember we've had a great season, especially in 2016. We tend to trust Les Reed because he has done wonders for us in recent years. He's the one we fear to lose.

Oh, and I fully expect him to leave and sign for Everton and take his coaches with him. It is possible he will take gardening leave and sit it out for another team....that makes sense if he doesn't want to tie himself for several years to Everton, but that is unlikely...gone too far. Ok sunshine let's make a few points here.
Bringing someone's weight into how Creditable they are makes you look very stupid. A **** to put it bluntly.
Adam Blackmore is a villa fan. Oops, seems you've made a boo boo there.
He works for the BBC, will have his ties within and outside the club. Other journos has agreed with the stuff too.
So how about to you stop being a delusional little boy, accept the fact that maybe your new manager isn't all that keen, and not use someone's weight as something to use as a weapon against them.
