A club with no class.........fancy releasing players and not telling them first....and they find when friends text them. http://www.dailymail.co.uk/sport/fo...hocked-treatment-Leon-Osman-Tony-Hibbert.html
They granted us permission to speak to him, why would they do that if the terms of his departure hadn't been met? Answers on a post card. The gardening leave stuff is therefore absolute nonsense. Why would you pay a bloke £2.5m to sit on his hoop after allowing another club to speak to him and then having to employ another manager, and you'd get a cheque for compo as well? It's laughable that anyone actually believes that utter garbage.
You mean a local hack, not the BBC, and he's not qualified which parts of the fairytale he's agreeing with btw
Would someone be a good egg and put up a brief summary of these new developments please? I'm in the middle of moving house, have no Internet and can't get that sotonians link to work. Thanks awfully in advance!
Koeman used Everton as a bargaining chip to get more spending money at saints, saints called his bluff and say sign the contract you verbally agreed to or **** off. Koeman went off in a huff (second holiday he went on) Also stuff about players not liking Koeman, that he berated targett in front of everyone and branded him the epitomy of why he doesn't use young players. there is more but that's probably most vital bit. Also Erwin and Jan pissed off majorly. Long and short of it : Koeman doesn't want to really go to Everton.
Considering Evertons lack of strength in depth coupled with Koemans dislike of using the youth players, you feel £100m really isn't gunna cut it.
Funny how this ITK didn't post anything about any of this before isn't it? Nothing about his awful treatment of the youth, nothing in the run up to his departure about the contract negotiations, just nothing.....ever....
Plus Stones and Lukaku will be off, big rebuild job needed there and as you say saintsfcfan £100m probably won't be enough.
If you read the whole post you'd realise why this was the case dimwit. Plus there have been plenty of new stories covering youth, players dislike and negotiations. Want a bucket of water to wash the sand away?
Tbf the thing about the youth has been around since January, people just didn't care that much because we were winning games.
The Matty Targett incident was known about just after it happened, and the dislike to use the u21s has been known off for months.
Amazing that poor old Ronald couldn't have just said 'no ta' to us when his cunning plan failed, and just stayed at the Saints. Given that he hated the idea of taking the job like. And as for the poor fitness coach being hauled up to the North West and imprisoned on Merseyside, someone call the bizzies there's been a kidnapping Your 'ITK' is full of ****
