To be fair, I have never heard of him saying anything like that.

I have pretty much stated my issue above and others have chipped in with more factual events that turned them off. A lot of it is about opinions and perceptions, I suppose.

Well he hasn't actually responded to me once. I haven't once abused him or anything but refuses to respond to me for whatever reason, I feel left out <laugh>

I liked you once, now I want a divorce ... and yes, so I didn't ignore LUST but I really want GC to UNDERSTAND what has happened ... its not that I've been anti-LUST from day one, its that LUST have let me down and misrepresented me.

and you misrepresent just about every point you make above mate, if you want to criticise then make it constructive and based upon fact not assumptions.

ask David Haigh if he wants to work with LUST?
 
Whiloe I do not believe you were addressing me here, in an email you did respond that all would be revealed in a film being made.

What is the current status of the film?

When can we expect to see it?
 
the film offer fell through mate, I submitted a full account nearly a month ago now to the TSB lads who are gonna help us do a podcast instead.

Do you think that LUST has become disruptive among Leeds fans and is causing a divide? Whether it be justified or not. If so, do you believe that your work is becoming counter-productive?

I think this is the biggest issue that LUST face to be honest. Fans on side is more important than getting involved with takeover talks or investment which, no offence meant here, you are out of your depth in that regard.

So the LUST members and wider fanbase who share the above opinions are all just wrong. How do you think that happened?

I can only speak for myself here, it happened because you were putting about either directly or by the implication of what you were saying and not saying that you were way more important in the ousting of Bates than you actually were. Now you have a problem. Say you were misunderstood and you had no real part to play in getting rid of Bates, then people would ask what is the point of LUST, or keep repeating the same old crap and watch LUST become irrelevant to more and more of your active membership.

Best case scenario is to come clean, admit you got caught up in the moment and oversold LUSTs importance, say you are an ordinary bloke with no media training ( you trot that one out already) and you liked the attention too much to say nothing every time radio Leeds or the yep came calling.

Then resign and let someone takeover with the stated aim of getting the whole fanbase back on side with what should be a unifying body. You are the problem here Gary. LUST or similar remains the right way forward
 
no I don't think LUST is causing any divide, I think fans like glory hunter who want to be right yet troll misinformation and don't deal in facts cause the divide, a small one al be it.

if as glory demands I leave and walk away the trust would still be a trust and as such would continue to do what a trust is supposed to do, it wouldn't make any difference other than to satisfy his desire to see me gone.

you see Josh even you insinuate we are involved in take over talks which is incorrect, we are proposing along with LCC and with the clubs full approval a fan share scheme, that's neither disruptive or divisive but gives all fans not just our members a chance to help their club and achieve some kind of interest in its future but it wont be do as we say it will be for our members and all fans to decide whether it gos ahead and in what form.

glory mate there is no point answering you, you don't want my answers you just want me gone and that's not gonna happen.

Leeds in Essex either judge all or judge no one, double standards might be your hypocritical bag but they mean your opinion matters not to me fella.

Ok, maybe not involved in takeover talks but you dropped the ball about investments and takeovers before (and in a way that made it sound like you were either involved or itk) which does become disruptive imo. You can see how people get annoyed by this. There is a time for discretion and theres a time for transparency and you have them mixed up at the moment.

And despite what you think, there are more LUST haters than followers. You should be more concerned about this rather than just writing them off as a minority.

I'm a bit different to Glory though, I don't have any major specific issue with LUST I just don't see the point of the trust.

How is it possibly of no substance? <doh> how many members do LUST have? How many actually attend and how many are shareholders?

Now compare that to the worldwide Leeds fanbase...

Not only that but GC gets a hell of a lot of flack from everwhere not just from here, it is way too convenient to ignore all of those people even if it is the minority (which face it, it isn't).

There you have it. Not even willing to consider that you are the problem. A large and growing number of people believe you are but you won't even consider it. Not a problem to me Garry if I cannot persuade you to remove yourself from LUSTs board to make it credible again, then I shall concentrate on getting LUST out of Leeds United. Or at least away from having any influence on anything or anyone important.

This was touched upon early in this thread, a lot of information has been distorted, twisted and misunderstood so answering some valid questions on here would help solve some of that.

I must admit some of the responses have disappointed me slightly, you had a chance to clear a few things up but have yet to see this.

all of the questions billystatue has asked will be answered at the AGM tomorow mate, but i cant answer questions when their substance is based on nothing more than assumptions, all i can do is say 'thats wrong'. people then chose to not believe, i cant help that either?
