You would have to pay more than £7 million to someone to take nillwall.The second your yank friend gets bored with you,you go out of Business.Not wumming mate.
They originally paid £22M and have sold 30% of it already.
Leaves them with 70% of their £22M purchase = £15.4M
They have taken out debentures to the tune of at least £5M (probably more) against the assets = £10.4m left to sell.
80% of this = just over £8M, so the £7M offer isn't far off the mark to what they paid, but the fact they overpaid would make the £7M a very good offer
No we won't - the redevelopment will generate lots of dosh for us - we will be one of the powerhouses in this division - in a few years time we will be saying we are the Champions, Champions of Europe
Hey Billy, while you're at it, can you set up a petition to disband the Tory party too? I don't like what they do. Perhaps you could also do one for the Lanor party, BNP, scum supporters club etc.?

Just read through the article & comments. The article is simply an extract of the Radio Leeds interview. I also suspect that the journo, Leon whathisface, is an 'Udders fan. May be wrong on that one. The most telling comment from me was the one from GC, which everyone seems to ignore ...
To all those who write the criticisms and abuse about me and my fellow board members from your desks or your armchairs and the comfort on anonymity behind a nameless faceless user name if you want to know why we do what we do, say what we say or whether or not i am just a KFC eating media wh**e from the East Riding why not ask me yourselves? Come and see me, give yourselves the opportunity to see for yourself if what you believe is true, ask whatever you want to ask, constructive criticism is welcomed and if you really feel the need you can have the satisfaction of abusing me to my face. Which is a polite way of calling you a liar, Billy. If you really want 'the truth', the GC has told you how to get it. will you take up the challenge, or is it so much easier criticising with deaf ears from your armchair? Suspect I know the answer ....
There was one more comment posted from GC. Sounds pretty fair & balanced to me ....
just so you anonymous lads know i've only had four emails as a result of posting in this comments section, all four supporting what LUST is doing. Some of you might be interested to know that on Saturday i spoke to David Haigh, not to upset him or to snipe at him but to let him know what we had heard in the spirit of respect and courtesy we have established our working relationship on. David has no issue with LUST and is pleased to work with us on our fan share scheme and all other aspects of our work promoting LUFC. David haigh see's real benefit in working with LUST so those of you who believe were sniping from the sidelines or upsetting anything happening at the club really need to get a grip of the facts before making comments that serve no purpose other than to prove you have no idea what your talking about. Were criticism is genuine (and there is plenty in this section) i will take on board what you have said, i am not a professional chairman or media trained, i am just a working bloke that gives his time along with many others to a cause 9188 of you have signed up to. That cause if the betterment of LUFC, our members and the wider community, it was never 'Bates Out' and if for you thats all you cared about then please email me [email protected] and i will have your details removed from our datatbase at your request, no problem. Further to that my offer stands to all the nameless faceless people who are loud in anonymity but non existent in the real world.
So Billy, are you going to take up GC's challenge, or are you going to persist with the silly petition?

I regularly correspond with Gary and find some of the personal stuff said here a bit distasteful here but appreciate everyone is entitled to an opinion
TC you seem to have a problem understanding the us bit,as he ownes everything to do with your club,it will be him not millwall that make the money.I do think you could be one of the powerhouses in league 1 or 2 in the near future though.No we won't - the redevelopment will generate lots of dosh for us - we will be one of the powerhouses in this division - in a few years time we will be saying we are the Champions, Champions of Europe

Today I have written to smiley and David requesting that they cease having dialogue with LUST while GC is involved. I have cited a number of instances where blobby has published inaccurate and potentially damaging information about Leeds United, GFH and other potential investors. I would suggest others follow suit. In short a simple LUST not in my name letter is all that is required.
Let's get real, Cooper isn't going to step down. The fact he's got a mandate to lead Lust for the 2 or so years has given him validation.

Sorry to disagree, there is nothing he can SAY to prove his integrity. A man is judged by his actions alone.
For all I take the mick out of WJ I do feel some sympathy for him. In theory lust was and is a good idea. The problem is that it has been hijacked by a shyster.

We would like the opportunity to explain both the substance of our proposal, and our strategy for working with GFH Capital to continue the re-building process at the club.
Leeds United has a special place in my heart. Ever since I retired I have been considering ways to get involved at the Club – working at Board level with an equity interest would be the pinnacle. It is my dream scenario. I would not have become involved if I didn’t think our consortium would be able to help give the Club a chance to go back up to the Premier League where it belongs, and to keep it there.
I am hopeful we can find a way forward and make progress.
