Beautiful Football we are 8th! all stand together

We are the best in the world! We are the best in the world! We have beaten Everton 0-1 in football!! It is completely unbelievable! We have beaten Everton! Everton, birthplace of giants. Lord Nelson, Lord Beaverbrook, Sir Winston Churchill, Sir Anthony Eden, Clement Attlee, Henry Cooper, Lady Diana - we have beaten them all. We have beaten them all. Maggie Thatcher can you hear me? Your boys took one hell of a beating

Seem to remember some posts last week about how quiet our 'positive' supporters were after our 0-4 defeat. Well I wonder if the doom and gloom merchants will be as loud this week. Yes still a long way to go but we've proved even with this team we were never MILES behind a fair few teams...and we had players out.

Well played QPR. Yet more evidence of how badly Everton need a good striker

Seriously what is up with Everton? They play like it's their cup final against us, Chelsea, City and Liverpool, but then they go and lose to your wolves, Blackburns and QPRs

    WHAT A WIN!

Who, apart from Wubba and DT, would have really thought it?

Defence so comfortable this week. Paddy and Shaun, both so cool, understated and effective.

Taarabt, starting to find why passing is so vital...

    We've got our Rs back!!

    COYRRRRRssss !

Awesome....Derry was outstanding, I'll put my hand up and say I'd thought he would struggle in the Prem but Salt and Pepper out, I'm happily eating my words.

Why the slating of one size and Dave????? They did nothing wrong and Dave even won some headers and freekicks in good positions!

Gabbidon and Derry for MOM, jury still out on that one.

As has been said by lots of people recently - we shouldn't have signed Gabbidon and Derry is too old. <laugh>

Watched the game in the Everton end, can't say I enjoyed that, but the final whistle was pure ****ing bliss.

    Great performance

Surely anyone can say what they think about individual players whatever the result? It's a game of opinions and in MY opinion, Dave looked a little out if his depth but I do agree he tried. But Hall looked very dodgy to me. Just an opinion and it doesn't mean that I'm not absolutely chuffed with the result and the performance.
We rode our luck at times, especially when Baines' free kick hit the bar and Cahil and Fellani missed complete sitters!! But the team battled right to the end and deserved what they got.

If we can play like that away from home every week, we will definitely stay up.
