Some clown on a comments section on a paper’s website claimed England were awful as they only beat Serbia 1-0 and 99% of teams are better than them. He even added FACT, in a not606 manner, at the end. As there are 210 teams in the FIFA rankings and Serbia are ranked 33rd it would appear that percentages are not his strong point.
Every team has played at least one and there has only been 1 draw so far! And no games without a goal.
