Looks like moving entirely to England. KLD get a pitch installed and family must have links with UEFA...
UEFA say they are ‘committed to original format’ Even without the pandemic it was ludicrous. Im not against shared hosting but at least split Europe. West/central/East. Wales having to fly to Baku is absolutely barking.
It makes perfect sense, but I wouldn’t be comfortable with fans flying in which would lessen the experience. I guess it’s gonna be watered down whichever way we look at it in terms of the fan experience. We have a genuine shot at winning this. That’s the thing. Sunderland win at Wembley, then promotion, then England bag the Euros? Almost be worth the last year of turmoil.
Would be great if it happens but its going to be a logistical nightmare. Fans who already have tickets might want to travel - do we want to encourage that? Surely not.
Bollocks, I have tickets for Italy v Wales in Rome. Of course controlling the pandemic is a bit more important than my match day experience but I've been looking forward to the match and a weekend in Rome.
I've been looking forward to England v Scotland ever since they qualified. Typically its 3 days before restrictions are lifted so I've likely got **** all chance of keeping my tickets
